The Course is taught in a relaxed, video-based practice-while watching interactive learning environment.

The focus is on active participation with ample opportunity to practice and apply these skills in simulated scenarios. An 80 page American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers manual is supplied prior to the course. Every candidate is assessed at the end using multiple choice questions (MCQs) test and skill stations. Each candidate will receive an American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare provider’s certificate upon successful completion of the course.

The BLS Course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED.In the Instructor-led course, students participate in simulated clinical scenarios and learning stations. Students work with an AHA BLS Instructor to complete BLS skills practice and skills testing. Students also complete a written exam.
